The economic crisis is causing a lot of chaos in the current house market. People have less money to spend in these circumstances with their financial conditions. This and the fact that people whom have less money to spend will try to sell their houses/property as expensive as possible, makes sure that less and less houses/properties are being sold. This is turning out very negatively for the British house market. This makes owners want to rent out their property instead of selling it. I think this is a very nasty situation. It is kind of a downward spiral. People cannot buy because they have little money to spend and this is being contradicted by people who want to sell for as much money as possible. I think that this should be taken care of by the roots. However because of this vicious circle it is not easy to find out where it all started. Luckily for the British experts claim that this will soon be over. Within now and six months they said. So it is best to just sit this out and try to recover as best as possible because it will soon be over.
